Earlier update: King of the Mountain (2026-10-29)
- Boutilier's Hill Climb is open: drive up to the new flagger behind the mud bog and press R. Race three locals up five muddy hairpins to the summit flag. First one up takes $250. The bog racers now drive faded red '91 sedans like yours. On phones, the job arrow and race banner are moved so they don't cover the crosshair or the clipboard.
Earlier update: Renters Move In (2026-10-29)
- Buy new park land and pay for the land and trailers. Renters move in one by one and owe you rent every rent day: collect it at each park's sign. The Trailer Life magazine's NEXT and PREV buttons flip pages again.

- Kill a tenant who owes rent and you can take what they owed off their body.
- You can catch Ricky robbing the Lounge any time from 9pm to 4am.
- The TPR talk show comes on after every song, and the boomboxes turn down while the DJs talk.
- Mail shows a clear R key to flip to the next letter.

- Trailer doors open when you walk into the doorway, in and out. No more E.
- R pulls the next letter out of any lot's mailbox.
- The woods moose can be shot now: it takes the hit and bolts.
- The burnt van has one search, and the floating log by the trail is on the ground.

- Click anywhere on the M map to teleport there, car and all.
- Pull up to the mud bog flagger in your car and press R to race.
- The bog racers now drive beat-up '91 sedans like yours.
- Jobs at a door prompt before Enter, and residents on the step no longer block the door (F to talk).
- Trailer exits catch you from across the room.

I like how I can customized the whole area but I lack the funds. If only NPCs could pay their rent on time.”
