58 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-11.
Newest update: Hotfix (2026-10-11)
- Your village's standing fence now counts toward its defense level, no matter what happened before.
- Adopt a fence and its gate and guard crew come with it β assign them at the Council.
- The camera pulls back less far, keeping the action tighter in view.
Earlier update: Defense Hotfix (2026-10-11)
- Crates now slot into shelves at the storehouse instead of piling on the ground β grab one beside a shelf and it stacks up.
- When your village beats back a raid, a victory horn sounds from the council fire and a news card shows how many fell defending the walls.
- Scavengers carrying loot now walk the perimeter to reach the far side of the wall instead of pacing helplessly by the gate.
- Villagers outside the wall take the long way around instead of cutting back through the gate to reach their destination.
Earlier update: Frontier Rebuilt (2026-10-11)
- Three new frontier settlements now have their own yards, pens, and ore holes that regrow with fresh stock each season.
- Your defenders outshoot raiders at distanceβguards now crouch-run along the fence to reach the enemy, stand to fire over it, then duck to reload, while raiders can't touch a crouched guard.
- Burned-out buildings leave half-standing charred ruins with snapped posts and fallen roof slabs that stand for a day before clearing.
- The storehouse level 1 is now a real open shed: lashed poles holding a patchwork bark-and-thatch roof over two raised log decks.
- The frontier's map is reshapedβthree bands of terrain falling north to south, a canyon through the highlands, and a river that wanders as it flows.
Earlier update: The Scavenger's Work (2026-10-11)
- After each raid, your storage workers walk out to strip bodies and dropped supplies from both inside and beyond the fence, then haul everything back to the storehouse.
- Gate guards now shoulder their weapons, aim at raiders, fire from cover, reload between shots, and reposition when they lose sight of targets.
- Villagers run for shelter the moment raiders enter shooting rangeβnot when they breach the fenceβand the alarm holds until the threat is truly gone.
- Blood pools under the fallen now look real: three different seeping shapes, each body's pool spreading to its own size, with ragged edges and detail instead of glossy paint.
- You can now assign tribe members from their own page no matter where you stand, and guards arm themselves from the unsorted drop box so fresh loot reaches them right away.
Earlier update: One Hand, One Card (2026-10-11)
- Every item menu now uses the same card designβdrag items between your pack and storage, the fire, weapon racks, or loot with one gesture.
- Regrown resources that were invisible now draw again; the stone, wood and fibre patches show across their full 384-meter span.
- Fort jails refill empty cells 30 minutes after a captive leaves, even when you're far awayβno more raids arriving with no enemies to show.
- Built huts now lay their dirt pads the moment you order them, and re-lay them when you level up or expand with wall steps.
- Storage workers no longer freeze stuck beside a box they can't quite reach.
