Newest update: Clear Shots & Safe Finish (2026-10-24)
- Phone controls are a small round PUTT/DRIVE button now, plus a HIDE HUD button to clear the screen
- The aim line rolls on the real ball physics and your swing fires the exact power the meter shows
- The trophy bridge spans the whole FINISH arch with gold hand rails, no more falling off
- Hole 4's glass tube is gone so the neon loop reads clean
Earlier update: Solid Gator & Bank Bragging (2026-10-23)
- The gator's back spikes, tail crest, brow and legs are solid now: balls and golfers bounce off them. Hole 3 shows its route with pink chevrons and kerbs. The champions board tracks the LONGEST BANK shot, and every bounce in a chain chimes higher. The HUD shows holes done and how far over or under par you are.
Earlier update: Space Junk & Big Drives (2026-10-23)
- Drive into a sky full of space junk: pinball bumpers, a cow in a space helmet, satellites, UFOs and rubber ducks. Every bounce pays a buck, and banking off junk into a target pays BANK SHOT x2 to x4. Drives hit way harder now, and you aim the loft yourself: look up while you hold F for a high arc. The Gator Bets awning is fixed too.

- Top the Course Champions board and you wear a ridiculous giant gold crown until someone beats you
- On sideways phones the HIT pad now sits under the score box

- Hole 18 ends with a drive: sink it, then blast a ball through the golden bullseye floating past the tail tip
- A Course Champions board now stands on the gator's snout with the top 10 rounds
- Hole 17's eggs fight back: hit one three times and a baby gator hatches and steals your ball
- Fixes on holes 1, 4, 8, 10 and 11: the auto-shot, the loop boost, the spinners and the solid crystals

GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.
A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@gfta/gator-golf@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.
The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @gfta/gator-golf; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).
Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.
