Released 2026-10-04. 9 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-10.
Newest update: Wet Campus Nights (2026-10-10)
- Rain now falls only where it should—stay dry under the corridors while the plaza soaks.
- The night arrives faster as campus lamps cast their reach shorter into the darkness.
- Everything runs smoother: rain is lighter, grass is easier on your GPU, and the torch no longer drags the frame rate down.
- Your torch now casts a steady glow instead of an expensive moving shadow.
Earlier update: Pets Come Alive (2026-10-09)
- Your pet now stands still beside you on the player file stage, posed and calm instead of circling.
- All four companions—Pip the fox, Biscuit the beagle, Shadow the cat, and Bandit the raccoon—now walk on their own rigged legs with smooth, natural strides.
- The college campus ground is now properly paved under buildings and plazas, so grass no longer pokes through floors.
- Doors now show translated lock and unlock messages in Telugu and Hindi.
- The game's world and dialogue have been prepared for Telugu and Hindi translations.
Earlier update: The Sound Returns (2026-10-05)
- Music, ambience, and sound effects now play at full volume — the world has a voice again.
- Your torch, footsteps, and discoveries sound crisp and clear.
- Dialogue and interactions carry their weight through sound once more.
Earlier update: Choose Your Companion (2026-10-05)
- Pick a pet—fox, dog, cat, or raccoon—give it a name, and it follows you through every investigation.
- Send your pet to sniff out clues with a button press; it runs to the nearest evidence and sits with it until you arrive.
- Your pet growls once during conversations with the culprit, a warning only you can hear.
- Every location now has its own night look: the forest glows blue-green with cabin windows, the mansion drains to violet under a brighter moon, the station gleams cold cyan, the lab burns teal-green under fluorescent light, and the village glows amber against indigo.
- Each world is dressed for night—gas lamps, lantern strings, worn paths, drifting leaves, rocks, canoes, cable runs, and regolith—so the dark feels lived-in and full of places to search.
Earlier update: Meridian College (2026-10-05)
- The thriller case now unfolds across a rain-soaked college campus at night, with lit classroom windows and a columned portico looming in the fog.
- Steady rain drums on the wet ground and pools on the pavement—the world feels colder, darker, and more claustrophobic than before.
- New lamp posts cast pools of light across the grounds, and floodlights wash the college tower blocks so you can see the architecture and suspects clearly even in the deep night.
