Released 2026-10-08. 2 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-11.
Newest update: Art Bench & Clearer Purpose (2026-10-11)
- A gallery of seven biomes lets you see and test each land's look side by side, with light presets to showcase them.
- The HUD now shows only your hearts, what you can do right now, and one goal you choose—the rest folds into the book.
- Skills stay quiet while you're learning the basics; paths open when you break your first rock with a pickaxe.
- Slime and pen cards show the one thing that matters most right now, with details a click away.
- Crafting and building display a clear result, your needs, and one obvious button—hints only appear when something's new.
Earlier update: Kin Toys & Facing 2.0 - Towards Demo (2026-10-09)
- Each slime kind now loves its own enrichment toy—acorn tops, tetherball ropes, bubble jugs, chimes, bellows, and bug jars—and seeks them out in the pen.
- The rancher now faces your cursor while you walk, and every tool swing goes the way you're facing.
- Every item icon in your bag has been redrawn as one warm, hand-painted set.
- You can now save four separate ranches and swap between them from the title screen.
- Right-clicking a slime opens its info card again.

It was kinda confusing to identify things in the environment at the start. Because of pixelation and approaching darkness but—”
- @yzykyl replied 2026-10-08: “— I love how you added a highlight for important stuff. Was pretty scared of the night tho cos I had no idea what mobs were there. I'm currently on Chapter 3 and am excited to find out what's more to come in this game!”

@yzykyl · 2026-10-09 · played 13 min: “I seem to have spawned some place else when I came back. My objective arrow points 6000m away towards the direction of my ranch. There is a house here. Could this be another player's base? Can I just rebuild here and continue progress?”
- @shadow_pilot_65 replied 2026-10-09: “Im going to fix it, thanks for the feedback!”
