Newest update: Dress Up Anywhere (2026-10-22)

• Walk up to any wardrobe in town to change your hair, hat, face, clothes and colours. Your look stays with you.
• New neighbours can always claim a plot: when fewer than 15 are free, more open up.
• The castle on plot 78 has its own wardrobe and mirror room.
• Mailboxes stand up properly when a new house goes up.

Earlier update: Your Sign, Your Way (2026-10-19)

• Shop owners: stand by your Retail Lot sign to slide it along your storefront, push it out toward the street, and pick its colours and font. Boomstick Boutique's sign moves off the door to the corner. Golf carts are on sale at Heights Golf Carts: buy one, hop in and drive. Mailboxes no longer vanish from new plots.

Earlier update: The Town Grows East (2026-10-19)

• 15 new plots open at the east end of town, plots 86 to 100, with fresh streets and lamps
• The hills pulled back, so the far east plots sit on flat lawn
• The town now keeps 15 free plots open, so there's always room to move in

Earlier update: The Tower Door (2026-10-19)

• Castle Grayskull's skull mouth is open, with a dungeon below and crocs hunting the moat
• Skeletor stands guard out front and talks to you as you walk up
• Golf carts: pick a colour at the lot by the animal shelter, E to drive anywhere in town
• Dozens of resident homes and shops went up and got polished, from a monster house to a western camp
• A new tent camp and horse statue stand on plot 72
• The portal behind the Ministry doors in the Barad-dûr tower on plot 50 is back. Walk through it to reach the den.

Earlier update: Security Cart Fix (2026-10-17)

• Heights Golf Carts opened beside the animal shelter: pick a colour at the kiosk and drive your cart around town
• The NVIDIA store got RTX 5090s on display, Ned behind the counter, a huge framed portrait and a line out the door
• New builds and fixes across resident homes and shops
• The town security cart pauses for people in its lane without a hiccup

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@smallzero/spawn-heights@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @smallzero/spawn-heights; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.
