Newest update: Line Fix (2026-10-27)
- A tip jar now sits on the left end of the counter: click it to drop something in.
- Tipping sends bills into the jar, a chirp and purr from the cat, and a neon THANK YOU.
- Coming back mid-night with people waiting in line no longer freezes the shift.
What players say
@kaya · loved it · 2026-10-27 · played 10 min · 1 heart: “ok i need to be more streetsmart, but this game was entertaining. had to think a lot of times before i confirmed a deal. on my first run, i didnt really use any of the tools, but on my next one, i realized they were actually very helpful.”
- @kaya replied 2026-10-27: “its really cool to get a hot streak going on and make the right decisions consecutively. i noticed some patterns that made deals easier, and that was my leverage :D hope you add a tutorial though, cause i think im still missing some things. took me a few mins to understand what to do, but would really love a more detailed breakdown”
- @whambammy (maker) replied 2026-10-27: “@kaya Thank you for playing. I'm working out some things. And great feedback, I appreciate it.”

This world is @whambammy/behind-the-plexiglass. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@whambammy/behind-the-plexiglass.
An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.
A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@whambammy/behind-the-plexiglass@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.
The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @whambammy/behind-the-plexiglass; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).
Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.
