Fix: lib/fx-resolve.js used ESM `export` but required lib modules must use CommonJS `module.exports` — broke compile of player.js and the rig manager on 1.0.3. Now resolves correctly; effects fire out of the box.
Effects (breath weapons + stomp/land dust) now resolve their own install location at runtime via the script registry, so they fire out of the box on a clean install — no manual path repoint. Skill doc updated.
