A crew of small AI wisps that live beside you while you build your game, run from the Earthside Den's COMMAND DECK: crew column with live status, reasons and JEV odds, a task kanban with proof-checked steps, initiatives with risk labels, thoughts, ideas, activity, memory, builds and standing orders, questions you answer in place, holograms and a command…

line (/task, /send, /holo, /jev, @name). Right-click a wisp or the deck for context menus; Q opens swarm control anywhere. Each agent chooses on its own JEV clock (rest, observe, think, work, ask, propose) weighted by its role, so they stay distinct. Setup reads your game and recommends a crew (Scribe, Architect, Debugger, Broadcast, Warden or your own role); the Architect stages glowing ghost builds you keep, revise or throw away; Broadcast reads your Twitch chat (anonymous, read only). Owner-only: other builders and players never see the swarm. The Codex reads your whole game on install (places, scripts, state, data, database, systems, UI, content, rulings, health), keeps itself current as the game changes, and every agent answers from it with sources; questions it cannot answer go to Savi through the ASK SAVI line and come back into the codex.
Deck: HOME front door, PATHS tab with each agent's seven job phases, CREW/BUILDS/LIBRARY boards, settings drawer, toasts, dock phase rings. Right-click agents from mouselook opens their menu and hands mouselook back on close. Conversation questions banner gets its own row. Crew hovers at eye level (rise 2.3 to 1.55 m).
1.9.1
The skill now teaches 1.9.0: skins, petting and headpats, mood badges, companion movement, and the architect's kit, concepts, review card and Forge.
1.9.0
Skins: Spawn Traditional plus ten critters (dragon, bee, butterfly, fairy, turtle, raccoon, bunny, cat, puppy, badger), each with its own body, idle, fidgets, effects and voice. Pet any agent from its right-click menu: it flies down for a real headpat, with a reaction, hearts and a sound for its skin. Live mood and thought icons float over every agent. Agents keep their own spot and drift, and only follow once you walk about 4.5 m away. Architect: a richer craft kit, concepts and scoring, a review card to approve, revise or reject, and a Forge handoff to Savi for Blender and Tripo pieces. Right-click submenus stay on screen. The headpat lets go of your arm when it ends.

1.8.0
Talks: replies stay in the session you're in, each session keeps a rolling memory of its own thread. Conversation window: every button worded, names spelled out, a TALK / QUESTIONS FOR YOU tab pair; questions are big A/B/C choices plus your own answer, later or not-needed, and a banner when any wait. Crew dock: folds to an orb strip when the mouse leaves (KEEP OPEN pin), see-through glass, question pill opens the questions tab.
1.7.0
BROADCAST joins any existing crew that was born before he joined the default floor (once, with his hello as its own session); new installs already get him by default.
1.6.0
Crew dock drag fixed: the drag now listens to the whole window (it only heard the mouse while over the grip, so fast moves dropped it and releases off the grip left it stuck), ends on release/cancel/window blur or a move with no button held, holds the drop spot until the save echoes back, and the saved spot draws with the same clamp the drag uses (no snap back).
1.5.0
1.5.0 · WORK ORDERS tab: request a change from a template, the agent reads the codex and the real files, writes a plan you approve, drafts proposal artifacts under swarm/artifacts/<id>/, a second agent reviews them (up to 3 rounds), and SEND TO SAVI writes swarm/handoff/inbox.json and pings Savi. Board with drag between columns, order story view with a diff, thread, timeline and last actions, handoff health, ledger, exports, privacy scrub. ACTIVE NOW strip on the deck shows every working agent's phase, step and steps left, with STOP and NUDGE. 2D crew dock and TOGGLE 2D Swarm UI. HANDOFF.md documents the format.
1.4.0
THE TWITCH TAB. TWITCH sits beside TASKS with an unread-question badge. Pinned connection strip (live pill, channel, uptime, msgs/min, reconnect, drop history). Sorted inbox with counted chips (questions, hype, commands, first-timers, subs/vips/mods, held spam); each card shows badges, age and why it was sorted, and opens PIN / ANSWERED / IGNORE / ASK AGENT. Question queue oldest-first with +N merging, agent-drafted answers and put-on-screen. Held spam is reviewable: release, mute for the session, discard. One card per command: on/off, viewer and overall cooldowns, who may use it, usage count, last viewer. Command builder for your own !words, saved per world. Game verbs through swarm/twitch-game.json (see twitch-game.example.json): !cheer, !roar, !pick and any verb a world defines. Polls with a live bar chart, auto-close and a winner that can fire a game verb. Bits/sub/resub/raid/gift reactions with a bits threshold. Stream overlay cards (last cheer, poll bar, chat-picked toast), each toggled. Safety: game-verb slow mode, blocklist, per-verb off switch, PAUSE CHAT CONTROL. Session viewers (top chatters, first-timers to welcome, mute/highlight). Session stats with sparkline; summaries saved to the codex. Broadcast reads the room every 3 minutes, stars questions worth answering and suggests a poll. Presets CHILL / HYPE NIGHT / TOURNAMENT / OFF plus your own. Help card with copyable commands and a walkthrough. TEST box fakes chat, events and commands off air. Fix: 'how …?' questions no longer sort as hype. Read-only on twitch: nothing is ever posted to chat.
1.3.1
twitch connect: green CONNECTED only once twitch confirms the channel, red CHANNEL NOT FOUND for a mistyped name, a dropped line shows why and when it retries, Enter in the box connects

the Guide (tours, help drawer, templates, presets, semantic colours, mastery) and the Codex: a staged read of the whole game in ten sections with sources and coverage, kept live as files change, a fresh live feed, /codex search, /teach, and the ASK SAVI line where agents ask Savi and her answers land in the codex. Ask row opens the conversation; bigger wisp click targets.
