WORLD (announcement banners, gather, hold the room, send everyone home), ACCESS switches any game can register, CHAT moderation, PEOPLE (send home, whitelist, make admin, mute, jail, freeze, go to, bring here, timed sanctions with reasons), a permanent WHITELIST, a sealed backroom JAIL and a full LOG. F8 opens it.
