A turning day and a weather system for your place: dawn, a long golden hour, moonlit night, and weather that rolls in and out on its own: clear, breezy leaf-fall, overcast, ground fog, rain and thunderstorms with lightning. Clouds, fog, wind, wet ground, rain and thunder all ease from one state to the next. One manager object; every number lives in lib/tuning.js.
