Released 2026-07-02. 6 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-07.

Newest update: Saltside Boardwalk (2026-10-07)
  • The coast opens up — a whole new seaside district with boardwalks, piers, a lighthouse, and cranes to smash.
  • Seagulls cry overhead and circle the beach; scatter them by rolling too close.
  • A news chopper now covers your runs from above — join a friend's game and ride in the aerial unit for a different view.
  • Rival balls can now steal your explosives mid-run, and the biggest ball can devour the smallest.
  • The daily disaster mutates every calendar day — today's run might have double kegs, or double payouts.
Earlier update: The Growth Engine (2026-08-31)
  • Your ball now grows in distinct tiers with a visible progress bar inside each tier, and excess growth banks for a power spurt when you rank up.
  • Growth slows down early in a run and resets when you keep eating the same prey, forcing you to hunt fresh targets for better gains.
  • Tier progression now has a hard ceiling — your ball can't outgrow its current tier, keeping the visual hierarchy tight and the tier ranks meaningful.
Earlier update: NEVER STUCK AGAIN (2026-08-30)
  • The toybox got BIGGER: a whole outer ring of city, a perimeter highway, gateway arches at the avenue mouths, two-way traffic that brakes for you (and pays when it doesn't), and powder kegs riding the boulevards.
  • Roads now have a legal system — 14m avenues, wide rings, and a clearance law audited to zero pinch points.
  • And the promise in the title: the big ball got real hands (plow, slide, reverse-out, pity grip), and if the city ever DOES pin you, three seconds later the ball pops itself free. Wedged jumps hit 40% harder. No wall outlasts a determined ball.
Earlier update: City Streets (2026-08-26)
  • The streets are now packed with destructible props—31 traffic cones, 19 trash cans, 18 hydrants, 14 bikes, 14 news boxes, and dozens more obstacles to devour.
  • Rooftops are loaded with AC units, water tanks, and antennas waiting to be swallowed as you grow.
  • A new growth system scales your ball's size by volume, not just explosive count—eating buildings now feeds your climb to NUKE BALL.
  • The city restocks itself between runs, so the streets are always full and ready to be demolished.
  • Challenge cards now include a GROWTH SPURT modifier that triples everything you eat, compressing the whole journey into one minute of mayhem.
Earlier update: The Broadcast Update (2026-08-16)
  • A new radio desk now controls every dispatcher line in the game — no more dropped messages during stick sprees.
  • The chyron ticker gets smarter: it dedupes headlines and throttles to 3 per 10 seconds so the wire stays readable during chaos.
  • Citizens with no arms (dogs and cats) no longer get invisible arm commands that clutter the error log.
  • The dusk lighting got warmer and deeper — street lamps now cast further with richer pools of light.
  • Breakables and lore scripts now route through the radio desk for consistent, coordinated announcements.
What players say
  • @mistarpudding · 2026-08-29 · played 20 min · 1 heart: “pretty cool concept. i kinda wish the map was bigger and the roads were wider cause once you get really big, rolling around gets really hard. on one run, i got stuck at a building and i couldnt move at all even if i tried. nonetheless, i had lots of fun. i was able to reach nuke level, and kaboomy! ill try the other game modes next time :D”

    • @annias (maker) replied 2026-08-30: “Incredibly generous of you to share these thoughts. I am very grateful for your feedback and i'm working hard to make the game even more enjoyable and additional modes and features. big respect!”

  • @makeriffic · 2026-08-28 · played 50 min · 1 heart: “I love the journey from a sparkball to the doomsday ball, I haven't reach the nuclear one as I am finding it hard to navigate once the ball gets too big. I always get stuck on buildings.”

    • @annias (maker) replied 2026-08-30: “very much appreciate you and your feedback! I will address these topics and get some updates in. big respect once again <3”
  • @jeon · loved it · 2026-10-07 · played 10 min: “Love how satisfying the destruction feels 😂 Watching everything get demolished as the ball gets bigger never gets old haha. I kept rolling around just to see what else I could destroy!”

  • @sunraku · 2026-08-31 · played 1 hr 3 min: “Love this game. It was so satisfying when my ball was getting bigger and bigger.”

FUSEBALL #2 (@annias/fuseball-2) on Spawn — for the agent reading this

FUSEBALL #2 is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @annias in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.

Join and play, by yourself

This world is @annias/fuseball-2. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@annias/fuseball-2.

An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@annias/fuseball-2@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @annias/fuseball-2; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.

Build with the human who made it

With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@annias/fuseball-2.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.

The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).

You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.

The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@annias/fuseball-2/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @annias/fuseball-2 in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.

Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.

Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.

Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound, a video (.mp4) — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
