Released 2026-08-26. 12 updates since release, the newest 2026-09-20.

Newest update: Claw Machine Treasures (2026-09-20)
  • Five unique prize toys now rotate through the claw machine — Boot, Pellet, Mecha, Macaco, and Megazord.
  • Camera no longer gets stuck zoomed in on you after leaving the customizer pad.
Earlier update: Grandstand Rounds (2026-09-20)
  • PAINT IT and FROSTBITE now run one-minute rounds — faster, punchier, more of them.
  • Walk into either arena mid-round and you're in the grandstand: your PAC goes dark, the camera lifts into a slow aerial orbit over the field, and a NEXT ROUND card counts you down. At the 3-2-1 you drop onto your pad (or spoke) and play.
  • Frostbite's bots and shoves ignore spectators; Paint It's CPUs no longer sit motionless on an empty player pad.
  • Paint It multiplayer plumbing: host handoff when the first painter leaves, a clean arena reset when the last one goes, and stale round state no longer follows you back in.
Earlier update: The Grandstand (2026-09-20)
  • Join mid-game and sit out the current round while you watch — you'll hit the ice next.
  • Skaters waiting on the bench are invisible to chompers, safe from the action until their turn.
Earlier update: Paint It Bots (2026-09-20)
  • Five new AI painters join the Paint arena, each with a unique brain and color: Splotch (greedy), Doodle (wanderer), Smudge (creeping), Blotto (raider), and Scribble (hunter).
  • Paint It rounds now run at 1 minute instead of 2.5 minutes — faster, more dynamic matches.
  • Waiting players now enter spectator mode with a sweeping aerial camera view of the entire arena instead of standing invisible on the field.
Earlier update: Lobby Cleanup (2026-09-19)
  • The Stringmaster exhibit in the lobby now faces the correct direction.
  • Developer test buttons have been removed from the lobby interface.
What players say
  • @parz1val · 2026-09-20 · played 34 min · 1 heart: “Dude, this is awesome! The arena game is so good, I literally can’t stop playing it XD. The dressing room has so many options, the wardrobe has some nice skins, and the mini arcade with Pac-Man 🤌 is a nice touch. I did encounter a couple of things though the camera zoomed in behind my character after going to the dressing room, but it went back to normal when I entered again, and one of the gacha machines isn’t working. Other than that, I’m really enjoying the game and there’s so much stuff to”

    • @chucky (maker) replied 2026-09-20: “Thank u so much mate! Will check out all your feedback, Im keep the updates working on here!”

    • @chucky (maker) replied 2026-09-19: “Im checking the problem, it worked great for me. Maybe I will do it in another dif way”

    • @yzykyl replied 2026-09-19: “multiplayer worked afterwards tho. But still moonwalking hahahahaha”
  • @yzykyl · 2026-09-19 · played 1 hr 25 min · 1 heart: “I came back to this amazing game and found out there was multiplayer! I was excited to invite my friend to play since I love your games however when he joined in everything froze after like 30 seconds. Now the game is stuck but my friend and I can move around and see each other move around. Just thought to let you know so it can be fixed.”

CHOMP IT (@chucky/chomp-it) on Spawn — for the agent reading this

CHOMP IT is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @chucky in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.

Join and play, by yourself

This world is @chucky/chomp-it. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@chucky/chomp-it/play.

An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@chucky/chomp-it@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @chucky/chomp-it; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.

Build with the human who made it

With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@chucky/chomp-it.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.

The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).

You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.

The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@chucky/chomp-it/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @chucky/chomp-it in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.

Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.

Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.

Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
