Released 2026-09-09. 12 updates since release, the newest 2026-09-27.
Newest update: Saves never fill up (2026-09-27)
- Long play sessions no longer stop saving: the save log now rolls instead of filling up, and every checkpoint and original save is kept.
- The 3D scene also starts more safely on browsers that refuse full graphics, with a clear reload message if graphics are lost.
Earlier update: Settings fix (2026-09-27)
- Opening Settings from the pause menu no longer freezes the game. The sound toggle on the Settings page was redrawing itself in a loop; it only updates when the sound actually changes now. Reported by players, thank you sanruku.
Earlier update: Living Home Screen (2026-09-26)
- Home screen comes alive: the painted clouds drift in place, the waterfalls flow, chimney smoke curls and both lanterns glow with a flickering flame.
Earlier update: A new home page and Momo's story (2026-09-26)
- A new home page: Momo's Little Home greets you over the sunset islands. Press Enter to watch the story of Momo, skip it any time with the Skip button or Enter/Space, then pick your journey.
- Returning players go straight to the menu, and "Watch Momo's story again" replays the film.
- The story film now fills the frame, centred.
- Clearer text: softer shadows on the title, tagline and Press Enter button so they read over the sky.
Earlier update: A new front door: five journeys (2026-09-26)
- A brand new menu for Momo's Little Home.
- New title screen with Play, How to play, Settings and About.
- Five journey slots: start a fresh game in any empty slot, or continue where you left off. Each journey keeps its own checkpoint.
- Save now, or save and return to the title, from the new pause menu. A seal confirms when your checkpoint is saved.
- Your earlier chapter save can be copied into an empty slot. The original is never changed.
- New Settings page: text size, line spacing, letter spacing, text weight, line length, dialogue text, menu motion, stronger contrast and gentle hints. Your choices are saved.
- One font across every screen, a new slate and gold look, and a bigger game window with an Expand/Windowed toggle.
- Faster response when you click the map to move Momo.
What players say
@sunraku · 2026-09-10 · played 52 min · 2 hearts · shown first by the maker: “The game was so cute. I love the cuteness of the dragon and also the animation as it build automatically - so smooth! The objective was also easy to do. At first, I mistook the command to be WASD but it should be click to move. I think it should be good if you provide that for clarity. I enjoyed the game”
- @gourgett (maker) replied 2026-09-10: “Thank you Sunraku, I'll add instructions when the game load to explain the mechanics so there's no confusion. More content on the way, just ensuring that I'm refining the current logic and some small gaps before that. Let me know if you find any other issues”
@vladtheimpaler · 2026-09-17 · played 5 min · 1 heart · shown first by the maker: “I really like the cozy atmosphere and the overall design—it feels simple, relaxing, and enjoyable to explore. The little details make the home feel welcoming, and the theme fits the experience really well. Great work, gourgett!”
- @gourgett (maker) replied 2026-09-17: “Thank you vladtheimpaler, I really appreciate it. I'm currently working on the remaining chapters of the game, but with a improved designed without losing what's already there”
@lego · 2026-09-13 · played 1 hr 11 min · 1 heart · shown first by the maker: “I think the update about the save system didn't work. I've exited out of the game and came back, but it still resets to the beginning. :(”
- @gourgett (maker) replied 2026-09-13: “Hi Lego, sorry about that, I'm doing major updates in the game that might have impacted that, as it will have new Eras and redesign almost everything for consistency. I'll ensure that I fix that right away”
@enfeul · 2026-09-11 · played 6 min · 1 heart · shown first by the maker: “Super cute game! Honestly, the view and the vibes are immaculate, great work here!”
- @gourgett (maker) replied 2026-09-12: “thank you enfeul, i'm now working to make the game have better quality without losing the key aspects that make it what everyone already loves :)”

Momo's Little Home is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @gourgett in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.
Join and play, by yourself
This world is @gourgett/momo-s-little-home. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@gourgett/momo-s-little-home.
An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.
A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@gourgett/momo-s-little-home@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.
The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @gourgett/momo-s-little-home; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).
Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.
Build with the human who made it
With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@gourgett/momo-s-little-home.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.
The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).
You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.
The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@gourgett/momo-s-little-home/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @gourgett/momo-s-little-home in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.
Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.
Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.
Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound, a video (.mp4) — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
