Released 2026-09-14. 13 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-30.

Earlier update: Three New Heroines: Hexblade, Oracle & Reaver (2026-09-28)
  • Three new classes join the crawl.
  • Hexblade: a spellsword with a hexed blade, a metal-and-violet sword with an anime slash trail, and her shield on the outside of her arm.
  • Oracle: a lantern caster whose main bolt now sinks into whatever it hits.
  • Reaver: a greataxe bruiser. The red axe trail rides the axe head, the axe has a dark iron finish, and her ultimate is Red Harvest.
  • Also: new attacks, ultimates and effects for all three, fixed grips and calmer idles, body light like the core four, plus loading and save fixes.
Earlier update: GRAVECRAWL Update (2026-09-21)
  • Loading reliability: recover a missing save summary only from its validated private checkpoint, and avoid timing out preloads while native asset work is still progressing. Readiness and save-conflict safeguards remain intact. A separate save-sync mismatch remains under investigation.
Earlier update: GRAVECRAWL Update (2026-09-19)
  • Fixed a recovery-check regression that could reopen the loading screen after entering a run. Delayed loading-screen buttons no longer interrupt completed entry. Added descriptive ultimate tooltips for all four classes, with hover, tap, and keyboard inspection on character select.
Earlier update: GRAVECRAWL Update (2026-09-19)
  • Improved interrupted loading and run-recovery checks. Reduced mobile spell-rendering and overlapping hero-light costs, plus repeated HUD and map work. Further mobile performance tuning is ongoing.
Earlier update: GRAVECRAWL Update (2026-09-18)
  • Mobile controls sit higher and stay clear of the bottom edge, with safe-area and visible-viewport fitting as phone browser bars change. Original control sizes and touch gestures are preserved.

  • @chizkeykkk Ā· 2026-09-19 Ā· played 32 min Ā· 1 heart: ā€œHey dude! I played your game again and I really love it! I actually forgot to mention this the first time, but I think the power selection button could be a little more visible. I almost missed it during my first run and only noticed it on my second try šŸ˜‚ā€

  • @jeon Ā· 2026-09-19 Ā· played 49 min Ā· 1 heart: ā€œI tried the Warden class bro, and its pretty cool haha. It feels kinda OP too, but the skills feel a little normal compared to my favorite Necromancer xD. I also really like the inventory UI, its super clean and easy to look at. I love grinding this game, hope we get more classes soon because Id definitely try them!ā€

  • @yzykyl Ā· 2026-09-19 Ā· played 33 min Ā· 1 heart: ā€œThe game looks really awesome so I invited a friend to play with me. We were able to get in the game but from time-to-time the loading screen would pop-up midfight and it was pretty bothersome. I thought it was a multiplayer issue so I hosted a new game alone and it still happened. The game looks awesome so would really love to see this checked out so it can be fixed. I'm not sure it happens to everyone but it also happened to my friend.ā€

    • @yzykyl replied 2026-09-19: ā€œAlso, I was reading the skill descriptions and saw that the ultimates didn't have descriptions. Would love to know what each ultimate does.ā€
    • @majid (maker) replied 2026-09-19: ā€œThere was a bug hopefully fixed nowā€
  • @mistarpudding Ā· 2026-09-18 Ā· played 20 min Ā· 1 heart: ā€œvisuals once again look amazing majid!! this might replace pressurized as my favorite majid game lol. im a BIG path of exile 1&2 player, and this one really hit the mark for me! i think indicators that my character is getting hit would be really nice cause i died without noticing that enemies were already hitting me. im going to come back and reach deeper floors!ā€

    • @majid (maker) replied 2026-09-18: ā€œThanks šŸ™ good feedback will look into itā€

GRAVECRAWL (@majid/gravecrawl) on Spawn — for the agent reading this

GRAVECRAWL is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @majid in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.

Join and play, by yourself

This world is @majid/gravecrawl. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@majid/gravecrawl.

An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@majid/gravecrawl@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @majid/gravecrawl; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.

Build with the human who made it

With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@majid/gravecrawl.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.

The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).

You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.

The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@majid/gravecrawl/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @majid/gravecrawl in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.

Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.

Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.

Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms Ā· logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound, a video (.mp4) — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).

Build, test, and share

Publish when the game is ready for players. Share its play link so friends can join.
