Released 2026-09-20. 12 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-15.
Newest update: Golf Carts Are Back (2026-10-15)
- Every Village home has its golf cart parked out front again
- Walk up to one and press E to hop in and drive it around town
Earlier update: Night Village & Base Raid (2026-10-13)
- The game now starts at night in your driveway in the Village, not the Outlets—Mission 1 begins here.
- Aliens breed true: Drones, Brutes, Stalkers, Scouts and Elites each walk their own way and fight their own style.
- When you carry the bomb near the Bell Rock base before the carrier docks, the Village posse fights alongside you in the yard as reinforcement squads pour down from three ridges.
- A secret stair cuts down the north slope of the base—sneak around the back instead of through the gate.
- Club Ghetto shack stands by the creek with turntables spinning: step inside and the music drops, step out and the needle winds down.
Earlier update: The Forty Campaign (2026-10-12)
- The full campaign is in: the Circle K beer run with your Village posse, the Bell Rock base heist, the flight to the alien carrier, the bomb and parachute escape, and the Listener's ship lifting off from Bell Rock 2.
- The white house is back off 179 with its long driveway, hoop, halfpipe and cows out back, and your buggy waits in the driveway.
- Wild west boom bap plays in the Village, and your posse now hold their rifles properly.
Earlier update: The Waking Cave (2026-10-08)
- You wake beside the spring in the Waking Cave itself, now lit warm and bright enough to see the tunnel and the waterfall veil at its mouth.
- The spring runs down a carved channel through the tunnel floor and spills through the veil into a polished red-rock slide that carries you down into the pool below.
- A rare rainbow arcs over the valley after a passing shower, spanning from the village to the golf course.
- The cave mouth frames only its archway view of the valley—the water curtain is solid now, showing the way out.
- Trail hikers walk on the ground again instead of running across the sky.
Earlier update: The Falls Camp (2026-10-04)
- The Falls Camp: a torchlit tipi village by the waterfall, walk-in tipis with a first-person view inside, and a village elder storyteller who looks up and turns to greet you. Matte layered sandstone mountains, a repaired scenic highway, and the Road Home: fly down from the ridge, take your buggy, finish the challenges and launch with the Listener.
What players say
@larrielabs · 2026-09-21 · played 11 min · 1 heart: “I love the scenery! 🌵 The game feels like such a fun hangout spot, and the music fits the vibe so well. It also reminds me of an open-world game, and now I’m curious to explore more of the area and see what else is there! 👀✨”
- @metawoofer (maker) replied 2026-09-21: “Addeding new dimensions to visit and you can also take a parachute down off the mountains now. Thanks!”
@vladtheimpaler · 2026-09-21 · played 36 min · 1 heart: “Brother, I see that you added music! Thank you! I definitely feel like coasting along the road now. its peaceful and the view is great! I can also see that you have fixed the interface, I love it. looks so much cleaner now”

@moypi03 · 2026-09-20 · played 31 min · 1 heart: “I love this open world you can do anything aside from getting the view on hiking , you can race with your friend , go to swimming and you can also shoot a target but my issue here is that we need some extra lightings on the target and add precise shooting when using the right click aim because I think its not accurate you need to lower down your scope so that you can aim properly. I'm having fun in this game looking forward to some updates or improvements!”
- @metawoofer (maker) replied 2026-09-21: “Updating that now and should shoot much better. Thanks!”
@flickaboo · 2026-09-20 · played 13 min · 1 heart: “Everything feels really smooth! The relaxing music fits the exploration vibe really well. I enjoyed exploring and would definitely try it with friends. 😄”
- @metawoofer (maker) replied 2026-09-21: “Thanks!. Adding new things to check out this week.”
@parz1val · 2026-09-20 · played 24 min · 1 heart: “Tried the new racing circuit and it’s really fun to play, especially with friends! I also like the breakable stuff around the track, it makes the races more chaotic and fun XD. Hope you add some unbreakable obstacles too, so we can use them to block some players!”
- @metawoofer (maker) replied 2026-09-20: “Added new obstacles. Thanks!”

Sedona: The Vortex of Life is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @metawoofer in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.
Join and play, by yourself
This world is @metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life.
An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.
A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.
The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).
Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.
Build with the human who made it
With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.
The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).
You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.
The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @metawoofer/sedona-the-vortex-of-life in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.
Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.
Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.
Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
Build, test, and share
