guide

bring a game you already made

Made a game somewhere else? Bring it to Spawn and keep building it here, with Savi, the AI you build with in every Spawn game, or with your own coding agent.

What you need

  • A computer with your game's source: its code and its art (pictures, models and sounds).
  • A coding agent on that computer, like Claude Code or Codex. It brings your files in.

A game made with three.js, Babylon, Phaser, Unity or Godot can come across, 2D or 3D, as long as you have its source.

How

  1. Sign in to Spawn and press new game.
  2. In Savi's chat, type /agent. You get a one-time key for this game. It works for ten minutes, so have your coding agent open first.
  3. Paste the key into your coding agent. It joins this game as an editor, so keep the key to yourself. Tell it to bring your game's code and art into the new game.
  4. Ask Savi, or your agent, to build it in Spawn as the same game. Then play it, and tell them what feels different.

What comes across

Your game's rules, levels, controls, screens and art. Your pictures, models and sounds come across as they are. Your code is rewritten to run on Spawn's engine.

What you get

Anyone who opens your game's link plays in the same world, with no install and no account needed. Every change is saved as a version, and Savi can take the game back to any of them.

If something plays differently, tell Savi what you see, and she works on it in the game.
