A nicely parametrized companion dog that follows the nearest player, wanders when idle, sits when bored, teleports when left behind, and barks when pet. Fully tunable via object state overrides.

Added boids-like separation, cohesion, and ring-slot targeting so packs of dogs spread naturally around the player instead of stacking on top of each other. New tunable params: separationRadius, separationWeight, alignmentRadius, alignmentWeight, cohesionRadius, cohesionWeight.
Fixed model orientation: yawOffset on animated3DCharacter is ignored when faceMovement is false, so modelYawOffset is now baked directly into the facing math. Default 90 degrees for CDN dog models that face +X natively.
Changed default modelYawOffset from -90 to 0. CDN dog models face -Z natively and don't need correction. Updated skill doc to match.
