Right-thumb look now works on a bare install. The engine only offers touch drag-look when a game declares axes named lookX/lookY, so mouse-only hosts had a live left stick and a frozen camera; player.js now arms those axes itself on boot and on first touch (never overwriting axes the host already declared). Docs updated with the law and the two things that still block look (a pointer-events:auto HUD over the right half, or a second look zone).
