One button redraws the 3D world as pure UI — real geometry projected into flat shaded shapes and emoji, true perspective, painter-sorted, no 3D renderer needed. The walkable-floor press. Two fixes for big flat surfaces you stand ON: a floor that straddles the camera now sorts by its farthest corner, so it stays UNDER the people and props standing on it (no more painting over the scene as you step on/off); and the draw gates that judged a shape by its center now recuse when the camera is inside its footprint, so wide slabs no longer vanish at certain spots while you walk across them. Plus: the baker learned hand-sketched flat silhouettes for recurring GLB models (trees, bushes, flowers, common props draw as real shapes instead of skipping), and a small palette tune. Fully backward compatible with existing recipes and state.lite stamps.

1.4.0 — the shader pass. Faces now shade with a soft bright→dark sun gradient up close (flat fill past ~34m, so range stays cheap); new part kinds wedge (aimable ramp, dir 0-3) and sphere (banded ball, n segments); the baker emits both automatically — gable wedges bake as mirrored ramp pairs, sphere-family primitives stop faking as cylinders, and it now honors quarter-turn yaw + non-uniform scale on children. All colors stay inline oklch, so temple-mode-style post filters keep working. Fully backward compatible with existing palette/parts recipes and state.lite stamps.

Speech bubbles in the flat world: any object with state.liteSay (plain string; clear to hide) floats a white speech bubble above its head within 34m — escaped, clipped to 200 chars, drawn above the name tag. Games mirror their spoken lines into liteSay in the same patchState that shows them and clear both on the same timer; the skill doc shows the wiring.
