MEQ DEV FULL, the throne world's dev desk: 🧰 button, 📬 SQL mailbox with XT send/check, 👑 throneworld claim that updates every family world, ⚙ adoption, 🧠 ASK SAVI mail wake. Runs standalone in any world: its own DEV desk (chat to Savi + dated task queue) opens from the 🧰 or an RPG CHAT DEV tab. MEQ DEV LITE rests while this is installed.

Works merged with RPG CHAT: DEV FULL now owns the DEV desk with or without RPG CHAT. The engine names a spawned object after the mod that spawned it, so the DEV object RPG CHAT made was invisible to DEV FULL (empty view, dead QUEUE/SEND/mirror). RPG CHAT only asks whether DEV is allowed; DEV's composer, uploads and queue send to meq-dev-full. Copy 5 host unchanged. Creator retested SEND in game-15 with RPG installed. 2026-10-02.

Merged with RPG CHAT: the DEV view mirror now runs alongside RPG CHAT too, so its DEV tab and task queue draw the real transcript. Ships lib/host-api.js (same adapter as RPG CHAT). Tested by tools/meq-harness in all four modes.
