A kind little nudge for builders on long sessions. It counts only the time you're really at the keys (moving, building, chatting with Savi), never AFK time, and every so often a small card drops in at the top of your screen: drink some water, rest your eyes, stand up and stretch, go eat something real, take a proper break, and after midnight, go to bed.

Press done or later. Step away for a while and it notices the break and resets. Builders only, players never see it. A Care tab on the god rail shows your session and pauses it for an hour.
