Companion Mind

THIS MOD IS THE BRAIN ONLY — it is the mind, not the body. You wire it up to whatever creature the player decides their companion is: point it at your own model, sprite or primitive and the cognition rides along. Eight ready forms are included as examples, but any body works. A chooseable animal companion that actually thinks. Pick a firefly, a donkey, a cat, a crow, a fox, a frog, a moth or a dog — one brain wears every body. It remembers lived moments, learns concrete facts by studying the world on its own out of a prefix-keyed insight web, grows through four cognition stages (instinct → aware → clever → sage), leaves your side from CLEVER on to converse with other minds and teach them through the expGift channel, and publishes a readable state.mind you can study.
