Copy 5's PAX galaxy game as an addon: the PAX cabinet (F), the galaxy selector, campaign manager, autoplay, saves (IndexedDB), backups, reboot/resync and every PAX window. Runs standalone in any world (mount lib/hud.js in ui.js, see skills/meq-pax.md); in Copy 5 the host's adapters drive it. Music comes from MEQ RADIO in Copy 5. Part of the MEQ Dev Suite.
