A fedora dig foreman, Indiana-Jones-in-the-mines style, who shows up while your Savi crew wisps are building, strides over to each one and cracks his bullwhip over its head with sparks and a shouted line. Press F near him for a dialog with two toggles: whip the crew wisps, whip Savi. Toggled off he takes a break and tails Savi around, arms crossed; he only leaves when no helper is on site. Nothing saved on players.
