Ten upgrades, one pass. Transitions: every shot chooses how it ARRIVES — cut / blend / whip / fade — plus 20 named easing curves for travel and gaze. New 'vertigo' archetype: a true dolly-zoom, lens locked to subject width. PREMIERE mode: screen the reel for the whole room on one shared clock — late arrivals land mid-reel, HOUSELIGHTS ends it, any viewer can still bail out alone. Timeline scrubber on the desk: click the strip to jump, ±5s nudges that cross shot boundaries, pause survives a nudge. Shot thumbnails: each book row draws its own travel path (derived live from the shot's math — camera-still shots show their gaze sweep instead). Audio stingers: sting: 'cdn/….mp3' on a shot fires as it takes the view; scrubbing stays silent. Photo bridge: ✦ STILL freezes the exact frame and frees the lens, so photo tools shoot composed cinema frames. Atmosphere cues: premiere-only sky/fog repaints, gated on the book's CUE_RESTORE contract — the mod refuses to repaint a world it can't restore. Reel export/import: ⇪ EXPORT on the desk hands you a portable JSON envelope; /ecd-import merges it into another world with every shot re-anchored to that world's real places. THE LEDGER: the desk now counts what holds the room — per-shot seen / % held / skipped, stills kept, screenings held.
