• Specialize (new): at the second-weapon pick (level 15, sooner with Second Arm) a SPECIALIZE card sits beside the weapons. Take it and you carry no second weapon: your first weapon's row holds 6 different upgrades instead of 3 for the rest of the run. Why: a one-weapon build had nowhere to grow once its row was full.
• Lingering Fog: lasts 1.5s a rank, 7.5s at rank V (was 0.4s to 2s), and Fog Bank is 50% wider. It doses the moment it lands and fades out instead of cutting off. Why: the cloud was fully see-through and gone too fast to matter.
• Lingering Fog: each cloud drifts to the nearest enemy within 12m that no other cloud is riding, latches onto his chest and doses him every 0.5s. When he dies it hunts again. 8 clouds at most.
• DOCTOR UPGRADES
• Beaked Mask: the mark is now a thick blood-red crosshair pinned to the target's head, drawn over every other effect. A sniff plays when it lands, and the bonus Ichor bursts in your plague's colour on the kill.
• PLAGUE UPGRADES
• Gilded Touch: reach is +0.1m a rank (was 0.05m), so 2m at rank V. Why: the old reach was too short to notice.

Barrow, Sandtomb, Grotto, Crowfoot Mine, Frostfang, Mosswatch and the Sewer Deeps are rebuilt around a hub with two wings that loop back to the boss, plus side rooms and secrets worth the detour.

• Beat L'Imperatore and the next round begins: Il Padrino and L'Imperatore return stronger, paying more XP, up to round 10.
• Steel Ball Run: a big gold arrow at your horse points to the next gate, and each gate shows its number.

Newest update: The Grudge Circuit (2026-10-12)

• Broke regulars now disappear to Nexus Nemesis or 18 holes at Grudge Links, then walk back through the gate with a fresh $3,000 bank.
• Press keys 1–0 on the remote to jump straight to any of the ten TV channels.
• The putting green is back, and the putt mat lives there now — clear walkways all around.

Newest update: Cooks and Feasts (2026-11-07)

• Food is eaten sitting for 10 seconds (moving cancels) for 30 minutes of Well Fed, shown in your buff row. Feasts are set down near the cook: the cook, their party or anyone in the same dungeon or raid walks up, presses E, sits and eats for Well Fed. Crafting shows gear tiers all the way to level 60. Healing Potions and elixirs work from the pouch. The Professions Index shows where every material comes from, boss-only rares included.

• The Ferrari F40 joins the garage: a twin-turbo V8 and five-speed dogleg gearbox.
• Rebuilt cockpit lining and fitted all three rear-view mirrors.
• The gear lever moves through its metal gate, with the cockpit camera brought forward clear of the seat.
• Restored terrain initialization across the circuits without changing the road grading. Repaired garage option selection.
